A huge thanks goes out to Coach Anderson and Coach Guthrie for coordinating this weekend's JUCO friendly.

It was our first opportunity to play against JUCO talent in games against Snead State and Marion Military Institute. Both teams were made up of excellent talent from the Southeast. With solid pitching and timely hitting, the Georgia Impact Gold played three solid games of successful softball.

Next weekend, we are looking forward to taking the entire team on an unofficial visit to the University of South Carolina. At the invitation of USC, we will be doing a complete walk-through of the entire campus and athletic facilities. We will finish our day with a scrimmage game against the Carolina Crush.
