Georgia Impact Fastpitch

A huge thanks go out to all of the member teams of the Georgia Impact for helping to pull off an over the top Christmas Party. At 478 people, we were bursting at the seams. Thanks for being patient and rolling with the punches as seating was tight. Each team was assigned a specific item to bring and you guys performed perfectly. Yet one more example of great execution on and off the field.

A huge thanks to my very good friend Shane Thompson for catering this event. Without Shane's involvement, feeding this many people would be impossible. Shane, Stacy and the entire family at Shane's Catering have catered this event for the last five years. A special thank you to Kyla, Catering director, for mobilizing food and drink to feed the almost 500 person crowd in record fashion. Kyla is the best.

Thanks to the many returning players, special guest and members of the softball community for your participation and support. It means alot to the Georgia Impact for your participation.

Lastly, thanks to Coach Gerry Clasco for delivering a very special message to the players and parents. He unselfishly took time out of a very busy schedule to be our keynote speaker. Thanks to his family for giving him to us on a wet and cold Friday night.
