Coach Chad is a seasoned veteran in the Softball World, entering his 16th year coaching, 5 in baseball, and 11 in softball. His success as a coach is evidenced through 2 top five and 2 top 10 finishes at PGF Nationals.
Coach Chad is committed to supporting and guiding his players through the recruiting process by providing the right exposure and leveraging the extensive networking abilities of the Impact Organization. You can find his players represented at all levels of collegiate softball, including Auburn, UCF, UNC, Georgia, etc.

Carleigh Baker
Carleigh Baker is a Georgia Impact Alumni and Reinhardt University graduate where she was a 4x Conference Champion and Top 10 Nationally ranked player throughout her collegiate career.
Coach Baker has been part of the Northgate High School softball program for 7 years and is going on her 3rd year as the Softball Head Coach.

Krista Wilson
Coach Krista is the Head Coach for White Water High School Softball team. Krista is the recipient of the 2022 Georgia Dugout Club 4A Coach of the Year and Region Coach of the Year. Krista is a Valdosta State University alumni where she played softball.

Taylor Cates
Taylor Cates is a KSU graduate where she was an academic All American, All Conference and ASUN All Academic team. Coach Taylor is currently the Assistant Coach for the Sequoyah High School Softball program

Jason Howell
Coach Jason is a KSU graduate where he played baseball for 4 years. His passion and joy for coaching and helping players develop their talents and master the mental side of the game is unwavering. His knowledge of the game and continued evolution of teaching methods as times changes plays a significant role in the development of our youth athletes.
Coach Jason is a seasoned veteran in this sport, with 8 years as an assistant coach, and over 3 years while wearing the Impact uniform.
